A Special Meeting of Shareholders – IMPORTANT

As you may be aware, Big Bay Point is required to transition from its current share-capital structure under the Ontario Corporations Act to a new corporate structure. The Board is recommending that the Club continue under Ontario’s Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 (ONCA). A Special Meeting of Shareholders is being held at the Club on Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. to vote on the proposed transition.
